Every shirt at iFeelGrumpy.com is printed on demand, specifically for you, when you order it. Because of that, we don't accept returns or exchanges for sizing preferences or change of mind — that's just the nature of custom printing.

But here's our promise: If your shirt arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective in any way, we will make it right. No runaround. No hassle.

To request a replacement, email us at support@ifeelgrumpy.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. If our team confirms the defect, we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.

Lost in transit? Contact us within 30 days of your expected delivery date and we'll investigate and resolve it.

We stand behind every shirt. Period.

Cancellations: Because production begins quickly after an order is placed, cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of ordering. Email support@ifeelgrumpy.com immediately with your order number. We cannot guarantee cancellation after that window — if your shirt has already entered production, it cannot be stopped.
